Restoran Liyaqatali Nasi Kandar Beratur @ Masjid Kapitan Keling

Nasi Kandar Beratur? Sounds weird. Huh!? It's kinda famous for having long queue of customers in front of its restaurant starting at 10:00pm almost every night. That's how it got its name.
I've been wanted to try this for quite some time... since my colleague told me about this. Well, it's kinda heavy to have Nasi Kandar for supper. Haha!!

Sister's Char Koay Teow 姐妹炒粿条 @ Macalister Road

Sister's Char Koay Teow at Lam Heng Cafe, Macalister Road is one the many famous Char Koay Teow stalls in Penang. It has been around Penang for about 50 years; around the same age as our country Malaysia. It got its name because it was operated by two sisters.
Here's the location.

During my visit, the char koay teow was fried by the lady in the picture. I didn't know where 70-plus-year-old lady that other blogs mention has been.

MieleYo Frozen Yogurt @ e-Gate

Frozen yogurt or FroYo for short is quite popular in recently years. It's an ice cream-like frozen dessert and is slightly more sour than ice cream, as well as lower in fat (due to the use of milk instead of cream). It's absolutely a great refreshing to have FroYo under the hot sun.
MieleYo is one the many frozen yogurt shops in Penang. It's at e-gate.
